Our professional relocation experts can guide you throughout the quoting process for a local move which requires a lot less detail from you, the client then a long-distance move does. The main difference between a local and long-distance move is we do not base a local move on the overall list of items/volume of items you are shipping; but rather overestimate the amount of TIME needed for the labor to be completed.

Dedicated Van Lines stands out for many different reasons in our quoting process. One of the main differences between our quotes and others is the definition of our "travel time." Many companies charge ROUND-TRIP travel to and from the office/truck location. We think this is very unfair and do not think OUR location should have any effect on YOUR travel pricing. Dedicated Van Lines ONLY charges ONE WAY travel time and it is a FLAT RATE of $100/hr (inclusive of all fuel, surcharges, tolls, taxes, etc). This eliminates the chance of the travel price changing last minute due to traffic, weather, fuel breaks etc.

Dedicated Movers- A Dedicated crew of either 2-4 Men (TBD by estimation process with moving coordinator) will arrive at your home and work until the job is done. Dedicated to eliminating surprises- Each local moving quote is protected by a not to exceed clause. Hourly jobs are overestimated by the relocation coordinator. Dedicated FLAT RATE PRICING- We are the first company to introduce “Flat Rate Local Full Pack Pricing”. This means we offer a flat price per hour inclusive of ALL packing materials including but not limited to: boxes, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, tv boxes, mirror boxes, picture boxes, crating services (not wooden unless specified), wardrobe boxes, lamp boxes, BRACE BARS (for motorcycles, atv, golf cart, etc) and more.

Minimums: Due to the amount of inquiries vs the amount of available trucks Dedicated Van Lines has implemented a minimum of 6 hours (half day) is assigned to any/all intrastate moves including both travel/labor. (minimum 5 hrs labor/ 1 hr travel). As always, our minimum is ALL INCLUSIVE of taxes, tolls, fuel, insurance, labor, trucks, blankets, tape, movers use of our dollys/four-wheelers, etc.)
